Andrew Idle Associates are delighted to announce the successful sale of a 10-acre site jointly by auction with Savills.

The price achieved for Woodhurst Farm, Cambridgeshire of £390,000 plus VAT on 5th June 2017 was over double the guide with strong bidding in the room and shows what can be done when agents pool contacts and resources and manage the marketing process with care and diligence.

We are always open to working jointly with other commercial property agents/auctioneers to complement each other’s marketing efforts, as this can enhance the result achievable for a Client as well as making our own time highly productive.

While writing this post last week, we also completed a letting at Pearl House, 5 Commondale Way, Bradford. This was a good quality office suite of around 1,500 sq. ft. with excellent access to the Motorway network. The new occupier is a local firm who provide specialist products to the building trades sector. In this case, we were contracted to the Client on a multiple agency arrangement with two other local commercial surveying/agency firms in competition with us. It is always pleasing when Andrew Idle Associates out-performs its competitors, though it is never achieved without a solid effort being made over a period of time.
